1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing radiantstream.site or purchasing courses from Radiant Stream Oratory (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If enrolling on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities under your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

4. Course Access and Conduct

• Access is granted for your personal or organizational learning purposes.
• You may not record or redistribute live sessions without written permission.
• You will respect cohort confidentiality and provide a safe learning environment.

5. Payments, Refunds, Transfers

Unless otherwise stated, fees are due at enrollment. Refunds: full up to 7 days before start; 50% credit within 3 days; seat transfers permitted at any time before start.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curricula, and practice frameworks are protected by IP laws. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for learning purposes.

7. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., promotions, funding). Training improves skills; results vary by practice, context, and audience.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid for the affected service.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. You may terminate by closing your account.

10. Changes to Services

Courses and features may change over time. Material changes will be communicated on our site or via email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
